We designed this garden to wrap around a modern architect-designed family home in Hadlow. We used a contrasting grid of granite and cedar forming separate spaces within the garden for relaxing, entertaining, dining and play. We planted five evergreens of varying colours and leaf shapes, and pruned them into natural forms creating pillows and pouffes. A feature black reflection pool wraps around the main seating area and is crossed via a series of granite steps.
