chislehurst, kent my clients own a large south facing front garden which is their main area to sit out and enjoy, but they required privacy from the lane. I designed screens of Corten Steel and repeated the use throughout the garden, with bands of corten in amongst the borders. The planting is a mix of purple and orange that works well with the industrial steel that includes Miscanthus, Calamagrostis, Eremurus Cleopatra, Salvia, Hemerocallis, Acer Griseum, Helleniums and Achillea

and at night the corten sculptural bands glow.....
